Lauren's Mission is to create a welcoming and safe space where a calming and enriching practice can be attained through the improvement of self.  Lauren strives to provide a sanctuary where students can practice yoga in the absence of competition, comparison, or self-judgement allowing them to experience the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of their individual practice.
